Navdeep K. Sodhi

DDS, FAGD

Dr. Navdeep Sodhi leads care at Monterey Dental Contours with a simple belief: every patient deserves to understand their smile as well as she does. Before recommending any treatment, she takes the time to listen, ask questions, and make sure her patients feel like partners in their own care, not just recipients of it.

What drives her, she says, is helping people achieve smiles they're confident in, and lives that are healthier because of it.

Dr. Sodhi is a board-certified dentist and an Academy of General Dentistry Fellow, one of the field's more rigorous continuing education distinctions. She's also completed a Fellowship in Implants under Dr. Justin Moody, training that sharpens her ability to plan and place implants with precision, whether a patient needs a single tooth replaced or a full-mouth restoration.

More about Dr. Sodhi

Outside the office, Dr. Sodhi is usually somewhere along Monterey's coastline with her husband and their Shih Tzu, Max, a fourteen-year-old who runs the household more than either of them do. She's spent years developing a hands-on passion for arts and crafts, a hobby that shares more with dentistry than people might expect: both reward patience and precision.

That same care shows up in her kitchen, too. Dr. Sodhi is known among friends as an excellent cook, with a particular fondness for Italian and Thai food; locally, she's partial to Il Vecchio for the former and Siamese Bay Restaurant for the latter.
